Dr. Yee and Tony Ooi's Birthday Celebration

Tony Ooi and Dr. Yee celebrated their birthdays together at the club this year... There was the usual beers flowing and of course the cake cutting where the 2 shared and intimate moment of holding hands together?? or was it just the knife... Ah well... Do we smell a game being set up again? Birthday boys vs...?

After the Hiatus - Part 2 - The Lamb Edition :)

After months of promises, Richard Wong (The Lamb as he is now known as) finally passed his papers and kept to his word and graciously gave the club a treat!

2013 Annual Dinner

We had our Annual Dinner this year at the Tandoor Grill where the food was abundant but not so much the choices... The drinks however we abundant and we were spoilt for choices... as we can clearly see here

The nights festivities included the crowning of the Turf Club X.A. Xavier Challenge Trophy winners who each got a T-Shirt and the losers well... got a wrist band to wipe their tears... :)

To another wonderful year of good friends, good food and great tennis!

Match of the Month - June

The club had a match of the month for June involving the foursome awesome of Yee & Richard vs Anna & George. I believe that Anna & George won by staging a late comeback to win on tie break.

But all in all, great game and kudos to Richard who started strongly but in the end the Lamb was well and truly roasted in the fading sun...

The only untoward incident happened near the end of the game where a semi naked man threatened Dr. Yee when a ball Dr. Yee hit Anna... These semi naked men should not be allowed unto court to dispurt the proceedings...

Ladies and Gentlemen, we now have a semi streaker in our midst!! Right Tony?

C.C Tan's Birthday

After the other 2 events it was C.C Tan's turn to celebrate his birthday! It was fun times at the turf. Too bad Adrian could not join us as he had gone back to Sabah BUT if you see th epictures, Dr. Yee was on the phone with him while we sang C.C his birthday song.
